Launched in 1999, the ref. 4910/10A marked the first gem-set model in Patek Philippe’s Twenty~4 collection. Inspired by Art Deco, it was designed to appeal to the women’s luxury market, competing with Cartier. Its geometric shapes, onyx cabochon crown, triple link bracelet, and diamond accents defined its style. With a 25mm wide and only 7mm thin rectangular case, the watch suits smaller wrists or those who appreciate bold design. The first-generation model features an onyx crown, later replaced by diamonds in subsequent releases. The dial showcases five diamonds on each side, large Roman numerals, and quartz-powered hands, making it a distinctive and significant piece in the collection’s history.
