We are looking for experienced Sales Associates to join our Patek Philippe boutique and our Independent brand boutique in the heart of Copenhagen. As a sales associate for Ole Mathiesen, you will work as an ambassador for the finest luxury watch brands in the world. Ole Mathiesen is the sole representative for Patek Philippe in Denmark and the hub for some of the most desirable handcrafted independent watch brands. We assure you will become a specialist representing luxury and quality. 

You will enchant every visitor with simplicity and ensure a unique client experience. You will focus on delivering high quality support and advise, developing strong client relationships during and after his/ hers journey in the store, be proactive and support growth initiatives and market development activities as well as support with day-to-day boutique operations. 

Previous experience 

We look for a colleague with experience from the luxury and/or the watch retail business. Watchmakers or watch enthusiasts is a plus, not a must. Most importantly we would need you to: 

· Have a will to learn about watches (how we present unique handcrafted quality). 

· Be driven, organised, and adaptable. 

· Communicate proficiently in Danish and English. 

· Have focus on customer experience. 

Sales Operations 

· Represent the values of Ole Mathiesen and our partnering watch brands 

· Ensure a unique and exceptional customer experience 

· Master our sales procedures through training and product awareness 

· Develop to adapt to client needs and motivations 

Clients Relations 

· Develop strong relations to important clients 

· Execute targeted promotional actions and participate in small exclusive client events 

Shop Operations 

· Respect our procedures in sales and service situations 

· Participate in the day-to-day boutique operations 

· Assist with special projects when requested 

· Participate in administrative tasks when required 

Your Development 

· You will increase your passion for watches, handcraft and quality 

· You will achieve an excellent knowhow of watch craft and learn the storytelling of some of the most exclusive quality watch manufacturers in the world 

· You will develop skills within sales and build personal relations to important clients 

· You will develop your focus on social relations to end-clients and business partners
