Built on the expertise of yesterday, crafted with today’s technology, Ressence watches are designed for tomorrow. Ressence’s starting point is the deconstruction of the traditional watch in order to express Time in the purest possible way. Their original concept, summed up by their motto #beyondhands, is to replace the conventional horological hands with rotating discs for an intuitive reading of the Time. At Ressence, the user is the core and the mechanical fine watchmaking is the vector to express the concept when designing timepieces from the exterior to the interior.

Ressence watches are designed from the outside to the inside. Physical hands are replaced by graphical lines that reproduce the angles through which we are accustomed to reading the time. The main dial, as well as the auxiliary dials, revolve continuously, behaving like moons around a planet. This means that the face of the watch changes continuously - which is the essence of Time.
