Originally conceived upon a napkin at the Basel World fair by Gerald Genta in 1974 and later produced since 1976, calling the Patek Philippe reference 3700/011A ‘’Jumbo’’ Nautilus iconic, would be an understatement. This one-owner example from 1989 (late second generation) in steel is powered by the automatic calibre 25-288 SC, based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre 920 movement, which allows the watch to keep a slim profile by only 7.5mm while sporting an impressive 42 mm across the wrist.
