IWC Ingenieur 'Laureus Sport for Good Foundation' Limited Edition
The original IWC Ingenieur traces back to the 1950s and were developed for technical and scientific applications. Most renowned for its antimagnetic capabilities due to its soft iron inner case. A major change to the line came in 1976, with the introduction of the striking Ingenieur SL, completely changing up the dressy aesthetic. Gone was the traditional round case, and in its place was a modernist integrated profile, imagined by none other than Swiss design legend, Gerald Genta. This modern version, ref. IW323909, features a much upgraded and sturdy stainless-steel case and bracelet, along with 120 meters of water resistance, making it suitable for most occasions. Seen here is the limited edition created for the “Laureus Sport for Good Foundation”, made in 1500 examples.
